When laser die cutting machine uses carbon dioxide laser beam to cut acrylic, we should note several points as below:

1. First, the nozzle hole on laser die making machine should be large. It is better to saw off the cusp of nozzle. The nozzle hole diameter is perfectly about 5-10mm. The blowing volume should not be too large. If excessively large, the edge of acrylic will appear rippled wall. If it is too small, it will catch fire.

2. The working platform of laser die cutting machine is preferably supported by brackets, so that the workpiece is suspended as much as possible so as not to cause the diffuse reflection of the table surface to damage the back of the material, and the corresponding focusing mirror and focus are selected according to different thickness materials. Note above points then no problem when cutting acrylic with laser die making machine.

3. It is worth noting that some cut-off sections of acrylics are not bright, not smooth, and this has a certain relationship with the material. The imported acrylic casual cuts are very bright by laser die cutting machine.
