Yisong is a machinery company which is dedicated to automatic, intelligent and unmanned technologies research and development, particularly for the die making industry. Our main product is Environment-friendly CNC die sawing machine series which operates without using laser.

We started to develop this new patented machine since 2013, a lot of technical problems appeared and were overcame by us one after another. This year we eventually released our automatic die saw machine in several exhibitions. To our relief, our CNC die sawing machine received many pretty feedback from both domestic & oversea customers, included many laser die makers.

One of exhibition customers checked our plastic die sample very carefully with special measuring tool, he was much satisfied about the cutting precision of the plastic die, which may be less than 0.05 mm.

The exhibitions we attended were successful, some customers from European & South Korea or Japan markets are much interested and want to be our exclusive agents in their market. They really know the value of our machine.

Not long after shanghai exhibition, we find a new solution to solve the scratches on the back side of plywood die, which was a problem before. Because many customers would thought it not good enough in appearance, even if it won't affect the cutting precision. Now no scratches on the back side any more !

During October exhibition there are more than 10 Chinese companies talking with us regarding using our machine, and we're already manufacturing the machines in factory. The machines will soon be finished and delivered.

In the past year of 2018, we already have lots of contacted customers who were very interested in our machine and wait for it. Thanks so much for your support and attention all the time. We hope our automatic die saw machine can provide customers a better die making solution with more accurate die quality & much less machine running cost to make dies.

In next year of April, we'll attend Print China 2019 in Dongguan city, at that time, our CNC die sawing machine may be ready for oversea selling. Are you ready about it ?
