Introduction of TG series model:

Integrates automatic feeding + cutting straight rubber strips + removing backing paper + rubber installing, it uses adhesive rubber sheet material. The automatic feeding mechanism can automatically cut straight rubber strips of different widths and lengths as needed, and automatically remove the backing paper, automatically pick and install cut rubber strips on the die. It is suitable for replacing the scene of manual cutting and direct installing of straight rubber strips. 1. Ultra-high-speed and efficient production: Straight rubber strips of indefinite width & length are automatically generated according to the die lines, and the straight rubber strips are cut and installed directly automatically. Rubber cutting & installing do not interfere with each other and are carried out simultaneously, which greatly saves processing time and efficiently replaces manual labor.

2. Intelligent layout saves rubber materials: automatically summarizes and counts straight rubber strips of the same width but different lengths, and automatically calculates the optimal splicing length based on the total length of rubber strip to reduce the rubber waste.

3. Automatic feeding: Each piece of rubber sheet material is automatically sucked from the material frame and sent to the cutting platform, and then automatically positioned, cut into strips, sent to the other cutting platform, cut and remove the back-adhesive paper in one go.

4. Automatic peeling of back-adhesive paper: Automatically remove the back-adhesive paper and collect waste rubber automatically, making the production site tidy and clean.

5. Free rubber graphic generating plan: Freely define rubber strips of full-installing/partial-installing/cross-stagger installing method, can freely specify position for straight rubber strip installing, increase or decrease rubber strip quantity, freely define the spacing between each rubber strip, adjust the length of straight rubber strips to implement any straight rubber strip installing solution.

6. The generation plan of straight rubber strips can be changed: the generation plan of different length/width of the straight strips can be changed according to the hardness of rubber material, and specific conditions can be added to supplement the generation plan to meet the needs of materials and production.

7. The remaining rubber materials can be automatically memorized and continued in production: the remaining rubber materials of each cutting die can be automatically moved back to rubber frame, and the length and width of the remaining rubber material will be memorized so that they can be put into the next cutting die for continued use.

8. The material in the rubber frame can be changed freely: 2 large-capacity rubber frames can install 2 kinds of rubber materials at the same time, and each rubber material can be fully stored in rubber frame at a time to avoid frequent rubber refilling. After rubber refilling, it supports automatic positioning. At the same time, it supports exporting one material separately for batch rubber installing, so that a third rubber material installing can be added on the same die.
