Yisong eco-friendly die board CNC sawing machine is a new type of processing equipment that uses saw blades and milling tools to cut the kerf for die board. It replaces traditional laser cutting process and offers significant advantages such as eco friendliness, high quality, and the ability to process 3D files.
Traditional laser dies utilizes high-temperature heat treatment, which inevitably creates serious environmental issues such as black edges, odor, and toxic fumes. Furthermore, it can also cause kerf quality issues such as horn mouth, poor verticality & flatness, and low clamping force, and is inconvenient for 3D processing such as blister dies. This has led to laser die cutting becoming increasingly unpopular in the market.
The introduction of Yisong eco-friendly die board CNC sawing machine introduces a new processing technology for die board kerfs, providing a new development direction for the upgrading of laser die cutting.

What is eco-friendly die board?
The concept of eco-friendly die board was coined by Yisong to distinguish them from laser dies. The production process utilizes a "saw blade + milling tool" cold cutting process, resulting in a smokeless and odorless cutting process, unlike the black edges and odor associated with laser cutting. Hence, the name "eco-friendly die board".
The main processing steps of eco-friendly die:
1. Automatically recognize the file and generate the bridge hole.
2. The milling tool automatically engraves the letters.
3. The milling tool automatically pre-cuts the slot along the cutting line.
4. The saw blade automatically goes through the saw blade hole, clamped, and begins cutting along the cutting line.
5. Automatically bridges the saw blade and removes dust and slag, completing the process fully automatically.
