1) Keep the guide rail and its surrounding environment clean. Even if the invisible dust enters the guide rail, it will increase the wear, vibration and noise of the guide rail.

2) When the guide rail is used and installed, it must be carefully and carefully, and strong stamping is not allowed. It is not allowed to directly strike the guide rail with a hammer.

3) The guide rails should use appropriate and accurate installation tools, use special tools as much as possible, and try to avoid using cloths and staple fibers and so on.

4) In order to prevent the rust of the guide rails, when the guide rails are directly taken by hand, the sweat on the hands must be thoroughly washed away, and then coated with a high-quality mineral oil before the operation. In the rainy season and summer, in particular, rust prevention is required.

5) Because the linear guide is a precision part. Therefore, the use requires considerable care. If it is used improperly, the desired performance effect cannot be achieved, and the guide rail is easily damaged. However, under certain special operating conditions, the guide rail can achieve longer life than conventional calculations. For example: Linear guides are used under light loads or when the rolling surfaces (rails and rolling elements) are effectively separated by a lubricating film and the contamination of the surface of the guide rails caused by contaminants can be prevented.
