How to maintain your steel rule bending machine, here are some advice for your reference.

Tip 1: Keep the screw rod and guide rail clean, remove the dust and apply anti-rust oil regularly, normally it can be done on your steel rule bending machine every 3 months.

Operation guide: Open the front machine cover of the steel rule bending machine, apply the clean oil to remove the dust in the machine, and after that apply some anti-rust oil on it with brushes.

Tip 2: Maintenance of the bending head of the steel rule bending machine.

Apply Number 68 lubricating oil on the top part of the bending head’s outer cover. Keep doing it every 2 or 3 days.

Tip 3: Punching mould’s maintenance. Maintain it every 2 or 3 days, and it can be done depending on the production volume. If your steel rule bending machine has a very heavy workload, you need to maintain it more often.

Tip 4: Edge grinder’s maintenance. Use tool to clean the steel dust in the steel rule bending machine. Vacuum cleaner is suggested rather than air blowing gun. This work needs to be done every 3 or 5 days.

Tip 5: edge cutter mould’s  maintenance on steel rule bending machine. Add some good quality lubricating oil on edge cutting mould everyday.
