One of the things that laser die making machine users often overlook is that the plate load-bearing workbench is unstable. This is why we have been asking our customers to make workbenches according to standards. If high-rigidity steel is not used or the workbench is not welded firmly, if there is vibration caused by heavy machinery around it, it will cause the plate to oscillate or shift, which will effect the cutting surface smoothness during the cutting process for laser die cutting machine.

The perpendicularity of the cutting head relative to the plywood board also affects the cutting effect. Therefore, the correction of the straightness of the cutting head (laser die making machine) before cutting is also very important.

After investigation and practice, the above three aspects are basically important reasons for the unevenness of the cutting.
